142. Subscription Plans
Kreator Mate offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and AI-powered tools. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select at checkout.
All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
143. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered with your subscription plan, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be billed accordingly.
144. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a processing error.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform for an extended period, and our team was unable to resolve it.
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges or wrong plan amount).

147. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

- Fees for add-ons, one-time purchases, or promotional plans marked as non-refundable at checkout.
